Charles Shorter, a Senior Advisor with Davis Brody Bond, has over 30 years of experience in Public / Private real estate and infrastructure transactions. His wide-ranging experience includes market studies and financial structuring for real estate development, strategic planning for public institutions and agencies, local community organizations, and private developers, in large scale real estate and infrastructure projects. He has special expertise in urban revitalization projects, major infrastructure public / private partnerships, economic development and impact analysis, developer selection processes and strategic planning. His clients include developers, government and non-profit organizations, colleges / universities, and financial institutions. He has lectured frequently on real estate trends and economics, and was formerly an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Columbia University Master of Science Real Estate Development Program.
