Brent Klokis brings nine years of experience designing a wide variety of project types ranging from single-family residential to multifamily and commercial mixed-use. He brings significant knowledge in utilizing BIM to develop projects from schematic design to planning and zoning approval, through construction documentation and detailing. Since joining Davis Brody Bond, he has been working on the design of the Irish Arts Center, an infill building and renovation project that includes a new flexible theater, a restored historic theater, associated theater support facilities, rehearsal studio classroom, multi-purpose classroom, exhibit areas, and a café, as well as the Zero Irving Technology Hub near Manhattan’s Union Square.
